Each employee is dedicated to your organization. Insurance Verification employes are business minded and detailed oriented. We understand the importance of this role and how it can affect billing rejections.

We have “floaters” that are cross trained to fill in for the dedicated employees. While these employees are not being utilized, we have them help smaller companies out. If you are a startup or small company, ask us about the employee sharing program.

Each employee will have his/her own computer with high speed internet. They are also equipted with Office 365, Microsoft TEAMS and VOIP phones. These costs are included in your monthly rate.
